10. Wilmer Henry⁴ Reimer (Heinrich (Henry)³, Joachim (Jacob)², Chris¹) was born in Barrington, IL January 04, 1916. Wilmer died September 6, 1997 in Elgin, IL, at 81 years of age. His body was interred September 9, 1997 in Dundee, Kane County, IL, Dundee Cemetary.

He married Lillian Berdine Engebretson in Crystal Lake, IL, January 21, 1937. Lillian was born in Black River Falls, WI September 24, 1915. Lillian was the daughter of Ludwig Martin Engebretson and Louise Marie Gilbertson. Lillian died August 18, 1998 in Elgin, IL, at 82 years of age. Her body was interred August 22, 1998 in Dundee, IL, Dundee Cemetary. "Whitey" was the Plant manager at Ludwig's Dairy in Elgin, IL for 38 years. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, and gardening. He died of emphysema.

Wilmer Henry Reimer and Lillian Berdine Engebretson had the following children:

16 i. Ruth Ann⁵ Reimer was born in Elgin, IL April 24, 1944. She married Harold Paul Kummet in Elgin, IL, March 9, 1963. Harold was born in Elgin, IL May 29, 1942. (See Harold Paul Kummet for the continuation of this line.)

17 ii. Diane Martha Reimer was born in Elgin, IL September 1, 1945. She married Charles Robert Vanderford in Elgin, IL, September 11, 1965. Charles was born in Elgin, IL February 10, 1943. Charles is the son of Charles Homer Vanderford and Sybil Mae McBurney. He graduated from high school in Elgin, IL, June 1961. School: Elgin High School. Charles graduated in Carbondale, IL, June 1967. Institution: Southern Ilinois University. (See Charles Robert Vanderford for the continuation of this line.) Diane graduated from Elgin High School in Elgin, IL in 1963. She worked at several secretarial and office positions while Charlie was in college. After raising two children, Diane worked for the Tampa branch office of Regency Realty Corporation as Assistant Property Manager. She "retired" from Regency Realty in July 1999.
